Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?

Unfortunately, not - Once an order is submitted it cannot be modified or cancelled.

How do I check the status of my order?

After placing your order, please allow 2-5 business days to have your order processed. Our warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive order information via email.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your order information. You can also select the 'track order' option and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.

How long does shipping takes?

Our warehouses are located around the world. It will normally take 14-21 business days.

Are shipping fees refundable?

All shipping costs, including returns costs are non-refundable.

What is the return policy?

We do not allow refunds or exchanges because of change of mind & shipping fee is non-refundable. However, you do have 14 days if product is damaged or faulty after providing proof. Please refer to our Shipping, Returns and Refunds policy page for more details.

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, not. Orders can only be sent back for a refunded.

When returning by mail, how long will my refund take?

Upon receipt, allow approximately 10 business days for your credit to process and a few additional days for your bank to process it.

Can I get a price adjustment if the price of an item goes on sale or on promotion?

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for online purchases. Our promotions cannot be applied towards previous purchases.
